Summer Travels: Essaouira

Dear Faithful Readers,

Hello again: I'm back!  Yes, it has been months since my last post, and yes, I do have a good explanation: my laptop died in January, I fought with the issuer of the laptop warranty through the month of February, and I finally gave up and purchased a new laptop in March.  After transferring all my old files, the photo-posting mill is back up and running!

To celebrate, here are photos from our favorite city in Morocco by far.  Difficult to pronounce, but a fabulous place to visit, Essaouira is situated on the water a few hours south of Casablanca.  This town was cool, breezy, and much less touristy than our previous Moroccan destinations.  This is the one place in Morocco we agree we would return to in a heartbeat!
