60 min. spinning
90 min. Zumba

Sunday

NONE

Monday

60 min. weightlifting
30 min. treadmill


TOTAL HOURS = 6


Still going through a lot of big relationship issues, which is keeping my mind on other things than the gym. But I will beat 6 hours this week!

Lol, this post is funny to me even though it was a few weeks ago now. But as for an exercise update for me: I've been doing nothing because bar issues are keeping me from joining you. :(
