This week was a great exercise week for me:


Tuesday:

60 min. weightlifting
60 min. kickboxing

Wednesday

45 min. spinning

Thursday

45 min. Zumba
30 min. treadmill
60 min. kickboxing

Friday

NONE

Saturday

60 min. weightlifting
60 min. spinning

Sunday

45 min. treadmill

Monday

60 min. weightlifting
30 min. elliptical


TOTAL = Just over 9 hours


I also received 2 compliments. A regular at the gym said he'd noticed how often I'd been there lately and I should keep up the good work. Then a woman in my weightlifting class said I was looking skinny! Hurray for nice gym people.

Paul says he may the heater working in the pool soon, so hopefully mine will get better! You inspire me to get up off the couch!!!

Natalie, I hope the pool is working now! I'm jealous of your pool access--my gym's pool is outside, and even here in California, it's a bit chilly for my taste!
