Okay y'all, I wasn't feeling that well this week, so my hours in the gym are lower.

Tuesday:

60 min. kickboxing
65 min. spinning
20 min. treadmill

Wed:

None

Thursday:

20 min. treadmill
40 min. Zumba

Friday:

None

Saturday:

None

Sunday:

None

Monday:

60 min. weightlifting
40 min. treadmill


TOTAL = almost 6 hours


I'm feeling nearly 100% well again, though, so lookout for a big number this week!
